Clutter to Cash is a family-owned business that has been operating since 2013. The company originated in Maple Ridge and now has offices in Maple Ridge, Vancouver and Hong Kong, China.
Clutter to Cash started out as a “mom and pop” consignment boutique selling collectibles online. They now offer multiple solutions related to property turnover and tenant departures including garbage collection, recycling services, professional cleaning, junk removal, appraisals, moving and consignment of products.
As an accredited member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) they work with many different firms and organizations including banks, law firms, health authorities, trustees, property management companies, charities, realtors and the coastal Salish First Nations people of (Canada).
Nathan has a background in Bachelor of Commerce with a degree in e-Commerce (Electronic Commerce) from Pro-soft technical University in Texas, USA. Nathan has over 25 years of online sales, consulting and computer programming experience working with large corporations such as Sierra Wireless Inc., Accenture and Best Buy (USA division). Erica has over 20 years of online retail and customer experience working with online selling platforms such as Amazon, Kijiji, Etsy, Poshmark Canada and eBay. Erica is very passionate about researching, appraising and selling items online; as well as keeping reusable items out of our landfills!

How we are different:
Clutter To Cash offers a range of services that are generally required when properties (both residential and commercial) are vacated. Our workers are able to move heavy furniture, process materials for removal jobs, organize recycling into appropriate categories and educate customers on how to ensure their removal job goes efficiently.
Our senior supervisors will appraise your resale items and educate how to sell unwanted items. The unique Clutter to Cash “credit system” compensates customers for items that may otherwise be discarded. This system was designed to reduce the amount of waste entering landfills; and to give back to our customers.
