Donation & Recycling Pick Up

 

$100.00 per hour plus GST (2 workers and 16ft cube van). This service includes removal of items such as clothing, kids toys, old paint cans, electronics, soda bottles, cardboard, styrofoam, aerosols, propane tanks, televisions, BBQs, appliances, (some) chemicals, bags of shredded paper, metal, books, mixed paper, baby items and much more! Our trained staff will organize your "clutter" into categories for proper disposal. Recycling and donation items are considered "non-waste"; therefore no disposal fees apply, you simply pay the hourly rate for our workers to deal with them.

 

Professional Estate Services (3 workers w/ appraiser)

 

$135.00 per hour plus GST (3 workers and 16ft cube van). Our estate services include removal of anything (small or large) from all dwellings on a property; (i.e. garages, work shops, houses, attics, crawlspaces, storage areas). We take all general household items such as furniture, televisions, pianos, mattresses, beds, dressers, electronics, tools, recycling, household garbage, food waste, cardboard, hot tubs, pop cans, styrofoam, propane tanks, pop bottles, electronic waste, toys, antiques, collectibles, BBQs etc. Our workers will break down your junk into proper categories for disposal & recycling. Our objective is to keep things out of the landfill, therefore we will try and recycle and donate as much as possible. Consignment items go to the nearest warehouse and get processed by our liquidation &/ sales teams. The hourly billing begins 30 mins before the truck arrives to your job site. This helps cover some of the fuel and maintenance costs. Billing DOES NOT STOP when the truck leaves your location, rather when the truck has been completely emptied of your contents &/ items. Our estate service includes on-site appraisal of all your valuable items, which could yield a large financial return!

 

Residential Garbage Pick up

 

Currently we service customers in Maple Ridge, Whonnock, Ruskin, Walnut Grove, Langley TWP, Fort Langley, Willoughby, Forest Knolls, Glen Valley and Aldergrove. Our residential garbage pick up is affordable and flexible. We offer different pick up frequencies to accommodate your families needs. Choose from weekly, biweekly and monthly service options. * Unlike most garbage carriers, we do not require contracts to begin your service. ** Customers are billed 3 months in advance (every quarter).

 

Weekly Service (13 pick ups per quarter)
1st weight class (0 to 60lbs) = $10.00
2nd weight class (60 to 120lbs) = $16.00
3rd weight class (120 - 180lbs) = $22.00
* Weekly estimated cost (60lbs or less) = $130.00 per Quarter (plus GST)

Biweekly Service (7 pick ups per quarter)
1st weight class (0 to 60lbs) = $12.00
2nd weight class (60 to 120lbs) = $18.00
3rd weight class (120 - 180lbs) = $24.00
* Biweekly estimated cost (60lbs or less) = $72.00 per Quarter (plus GST)

Monthly Service (3 pick ups per quarter)
1st weight class (0 to 60lbs) = $16.00
2nd weight class (60 to 120lbs) = $22.00
3rd weight class (120 - 180lbs) = $28.00
* Monthly estimated cost (60lbs or less) = $48.00 per Quarter (plus GST)

** Customers outside normal service zones will be billed fuel surcharges based on the exact location. Please email or call our office to determine if your address falls within normal service range. Fuel fees range from $4.00 to $12.00 (per pick up).

*** For customers who don't have time to sort their recycling for the city. We offer a convenient mixed recycling pick up option. You can put all your mixed recycling materials in large clear bags and leave curbside for collection. Additional cost is $6.00 (per large clear bag) plus GST.

Junk Removal & Hoarding


* See pricing table below. Our experienced staff will "break down" your clutter into proper categories for disposal. Our top priority is to reduce the amount of garbage waste. The billing begins 30 mins before our truck arrives to your job site. This helps cover some of the fuel and maintenance costs. Once the Clutter truck has been completely unloaded is when the billing will stop. Donation, recycling and consignment items have no disposal fees, you simply pay the hourly labor rate(s) for us to deal with them.

 

1 worker w/ Clutter Truck $80.00 per hour plus $0.18 per Lb of disposal waste  Including items less than 100 lbs.  Pick up items such as small appliances such as a microwave, blenders, arm chairs, small BBQ, household items, clothing bags, toys, smaller furniture, recycling bags, bags of soda cans, garbage bags etc.
2 workers w/ Clutter Truck $100.00 per hour plus $0.18 per Lb of disposal waste Including items over 100lbs but less than 240lbs.  Pick up items such as mattresses, BBQs, dressers, high boys, tube TVs, couches, heavy construction material, treadmills, steel piece, appliances etc.
3 workers w/ Clutter Truck $135.00 per hour plus $0.18 per Lb of disposal waste Including items over 300lbs. Pick up items such as piano, car engines, home weight systems, commercial appliances, large and heavy furniture, commercial treadmills etc.
Biohazard, Emergency 24 Hour & Dangerous Removal (2 workers w/ Clutter Truck)
$185.00 per hour plus $0.28 per Lb of disposal waste.  Including but not limited to: rat and rodent nested dwellings, deer mouse infested sites, bed bugs, rotten organic waste, drug needle usage sites w/ loose syringes, crawl spaces with plumbing leeks, attics, chemical exposures, biological hazards inc. viruses, bacteria from fecal matter and sludge, fungi, or mould.
Additional surcharge items or fees   Tires on rim $12.00 per unit, Tires off rim $8.00 per, Freon Gas items (pre-1975) TBD at time of pick up, water filtration tanks TBD, large propane canisters TBD, Carbon Dioxide and Oxygen Tanks TBD, Mattress or box springs (king, queen, double, singles) $35.00 per unit, Gypsum (clean cuts only) $0.28 per Lb plus contractor bag costs

 

Bin Rentals (Any Size)


Drop off and tipping / trucking fees = $360.00. Garbage charges are $0.14 cents per Lb of weight. For example, a full 20 yard bin with (2,000lbs of waste, 1 ton) would cost ($360.00 + $280.00 = $640.00) plus 5% GST. We generally allow the bin rental for 7 days of use. A per day fee of $30.00 will be charged for each additional day in use.

Please note: there are certain types of items that cannot go into bins such as electronics, drywall, tires, poisons, paints, batteries, chemicals, hazardous materials and mattresses. These items are banned from transfer stations and will be subject to a processing fee of $55.00 per unit &/ or piece. Please discuss a loading plan with our managers before renting a bin. Moving & Delivery Rates


Our movers offer professional delivery services (on call), any day of the week! Movers will come equipped with all necessary tools, blankets, dollies, supplies and equipment to protect your items from damage and to keep your property safe, while conducting your move efficiently and on time!

$125.00 per hour plus GST (2 Movers) + $0.70 per km
$150.00 per hour plus GST (3 Movers) + $0.70 per km
$185.00 per hour plus GST (4 Movers) + $0.70 per km

Certified Cleaning Services (BSW)


Our diligent cleaners will leave your property spotless! We offer four levels of cleaning (level 1 - 4), level 1 being a basic wipe down (hotel standard) up to and including a Level IV deep disinfecting. We also offer professional carpet cleaning. Cleaners come fully equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment.

Accepted Payment Methods


We accept Bank drafts, cashiers checks, personal checks, e-Transfers (EMT email money transfer), PAYPAL, Cash or EFTs (bank wire). ** Please note: we do not accept credit cards. For advanced booking we will require a deposit. Payment will be due upon completion of the services rendered. Past due invoices will be sent to our partnered collection agencies 60 days past the invoice due date.
