I found Nate based on a recommendation from a neighborhood Facebook group for garbage and junk removal. I explained what type of service I was looking for and he was able to go above and beyond to accommodate me. I'm a tenant in a basement suite that was looking to have garbage pickup outside of my door (rather than curbside). The quoted price was more reasonable than anyone else I had phoned. I texted with Nathan about coming to Jack hammer a old concrete sidewalk and small patio. He responded quickly once he lined up a few people and a Jack hammer. He quoted me a fair price to remove the side walk and patio. He came within 6 days with four guys and started work at 11:45 am today. They gentlemen were polite and very hardworking. They carried away the pieces of concrete away. They swept, raked and picked up small pieces cleaning as they went. They recycled all the concrete which is the perfect way for the waste to go away from our house. They were finished and cleaning up by 3:55 pm. They were Totally worth every penny. Made my day by being so efficient and kind. Very respectful of Women, always respectful. Good work ethic.

Very pleased with our experience. Nathan, Johnny, and Sheldon made it look easy. They efficiently loaded very heavy furniture onto the truck, and just as efficiently fit it into storage. Also did a good job cleaning the condo afterwards. Price is very reasonable, too. It also means a lot to me to support local businesses. Didn’t need the selling portion of their business, but if one can get the moving, cleaning, and selling all from one company, it makes sense to hire them. Less to worry about. Should I need those services again, I will definitely contact them again.

I found this company doing searches for clutter removal and it was the only one I found that said they would give cash for clutter. I have never seen this before, so I thought I would give it a try. Nathan came to my house with his truck and I thought no way would my stuff fit in his truck, but he managed to get everything in! Since we were in the middle of the pandemic I did not have high hopes of getting anything for my clutter, but to my surprise Nathan and his team managed sell some stuff even with the pandemic! The money he was able to get for me really helped with cost of removing the clutter, so I ask you why wouldn't you call them? Isn't getting something better than paying and getting nothing?  I have no reservation in hiring this company again, as a matter of fact they do moving as well, so I am having them take care of my move as well. He was helpful and straightforward to deal with. Pricing was fair, transparent and very competitive. The staff that arrived to do the job, Sebastian and Ken, were punctual, professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. They took everything that we asked them to take, even items such as saw blades and sharp metal, without us having to prepare these items in any way. It was a relief to have these items carried away, knowing that they would be safely disposed of. It was also nice to know that our household items would go to charity or a thrift store, and potentially be reused. Clutter to Cash took a number of items that had resale value. I spoke with 3 or 4 other junk removal companies before calling up Nate and I wish he was my first call. The other big name companies acted like I was an inconvenience for only providing a day and a half notice, quoted ridiculous fee's and frankly were just rude. Not only was I impressed, but the contractor who is handling my renovations was as well and they plan on using Nate for future junk removal. I cleaned out some junks from my shed and put them on my driveway. On Saturday(January 25th 2020), I found some companies from the internet and emailed them photos of the garbage for estimation.
Clutter To Cash was the first company which replied my email within 1 hour. They told me that they were available tomorrow (Sunday). I thought to myself : Wow! That's quick!

I got a hold of Nathan with only a few days notice, he made it work for the time i needed. Nathan and his crew were very eager and hard working. I work for a local company, we were downsizing from a 3500 SQFT office to 1400 SQFT and we had accumulated a ton of stuff in such a big space. I had items going to storage, recycling and junk removal alongside the stuff going to the new office. I called Clutter to Cash as they were the only company I could find that would do everything I needed, and they did it within a 48 hour window to top it off. The move was a success and the guys were great to work with. We shut down the office on Friday at 5PM and by Saturday our servers were up and Sunday our office was fully set up. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as I will be using them again for sure.

I was moving and needed to get rid of what I had left. They came with only 2 days notice and picked up everything. I love the fact that they go thru all your items and donate what they can, sell what they can and split the profit with you, and then the rest goes to recycling or the dump.
