After spending a couple of years as a consultant with Accenture and a Web Designer at Sierra Wireless Inc., I plunged into the world of entrepreneurship in 2007.
Initially, I sold items online, but then I found that several re-usable items are being discarded into landfills every day. As many of these items came from the moving industry, I decided to do something about it. In 2015, Clutter to Cash evolved from a consignment business into a full-service moving, junk removal, and garbage pickup company.
The switch has benefited several businesses and customers. Moreover, clients can not only get their garbage and junk removed, but we can also service clients that are moving, downsizing or relocating.
I take great pride in waste reduction and finding value in old items, so I derive immense satisfaction from streamlining the moving process and reducing the amount of waste that is created during the transition. Moreover, to give client credit back on their unused items and reduce the number of items being discarded in the landfills, is also gratifying. However, what I enjoy the most is seeing the smile on my clients’ faces when their property has been cleaned up.
I believe that getting rid of unwanted items can reduce pressure and create a calming mindset and the best way to treat my clients is by showing them value in our services. As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from the others is my honesty, integrity, trust, transparency, fairness, and enthusiasm.
When I am not at work, I thrive on spending time with my family and indulging in video games and athletics.
